Installations - What is and What's not Included

What's Included in your air con installation

All "Supply and Installed" prices include the following. The air conditioner of your choice, brand new and boxed. All necessary pipe work( up to 4m ), and interconnect cabling between head unit and out door unit. Drain line (2m) flexible hose, from indoor unit. 2m length of duct, fixings and one top cap. Installation, test and commission. Warranty and GST also included. Prices are based upon ground floor or 1st floor installation only. Prices are based on back to back installations.

What's not included in your air con installation.

Any items, materials, or labour over and above our standard inclusions. Typically, additional pipe work, insulation, interconnects duct and drain, cost approx $75 per linear metre. Electrical isolator and back to fuse board connection, with MCB ( circuit breaker ) ... typical cost is about $180.00-$280.00. Additional duct parts, bends, corners, and elbows are charged extra.
Responsibility - Ours and Yours

Our responsibility.

To install air con as promised, using the materials, and labour as per your order. We will ascertain that installation is in accordance with our pricing structure, unless you notify us otherwise prior to installation. Our price promise will remain intact not withstanding any variations to your original order. It is our company policy, to only charge for work done and materials used. Therefore, should your installation not vary according to this term, we shall honour our pricing structure to you in good faith and without prejudice.

Your responsibility.

It is fair to say, better the devil you know. Bearing this in mind, please use logic reason and commonsense, when placing your order with us. If you are aware of any issues, or variations that may be required, it is cheaper for you to let us know sooner rather that later. As we can make necessary plans and provisions, to accommodate any discrepancies you have highlighted to us.
Delivery

We deliver our own Aircons

We do this to keep costs down, to guarantee the quality of transit and to perhaps answer some technical questions you may have at the point of delivery. We deliver Monday to Friday from 7am-4pm , we do not give delivery times. However we try where possible to deliver AM or PM.
  • Please ensure someone over the age of 18 is available to sign for delivery
  • Delivery is to front of house/garage/shed
  • We deliver what you order, so please check your order carefully prior to payment, to ensure you have ordered everything you need
  • All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery/collection
  • Failure to accept delivery on day stated will incur further re-delivery fee
To minimize any charges, over and above those that have been paid for. "Onerous" charges, please do the following.

  • Ensure you do this the day before delivery
  • If your access to your property is gated/restricted/dangerous/difficult/security coded - you must tell us in advance - additional fees may apply*

  • A collection handling fee of $15.00 per order applies, payable upon collection in Cash
  • Collections from Southside 7am-4pm Monday thru Friday and 10am-1pm Saturday
